Tastes Like Home (Grown)

Ok, it's not much, but it's ours.
Our very first tomato of the season, and nothing has ever tasted so good.

After rescuing it from Bradley's clutches (who I think was quite disappointed that this red ball he picked from the garden didn't taste more like his usual strawberry!), Paul sliced it up and served it with some grilled haloumi, lemon, salt and pepper. Even Bradley approved.

It just doesn't get any better than that on a hot summer night.

  2. I am utterly hopeless with tomatoes; I forget to water them or I overwater them. Either way I'm in awe of your tomatoey prowess!
